How do I choose the right size?
Every listing carries its available sizes under Specifications, and our pieces are cut and graded in India rather than converted from Western charts. Measure a garment you already own and compare it against the size guide. If you fall between two sizes, take the larger one — our silhouettes are meant to fall loosely.
Is the embroidery really done by hand?
Yes. The embroidery, applique and bead work on our pieces is worked by hand by a karigar, which is why no two pieces fall exactly alike. Small variations in stitch density and motif placement are a feature of handwork, not a defect.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are packed within one to two working days and usually reach you within four to seven working days across India. The estimate shown on each product page is calculated from today's date and skips Sundays, when nothing is despatched.
Do you offer free delivery?
Delivery is free on all orders above ₹1,999 anywhere in India. Standard rates apply below that, and are shown at checkout.
What is your returns policy?
We accept returns where a piece arrives damaged. Write to us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damage and we will arrange a replacement or a refund. Because each piece is made in small numbers by hand, we are not able to accept returns for change of mind.
How should I care for my piece?
Care instructions for each piece are listed under Styling & care on its product page. As a rule, dry clean anything with silk, tissue or heavy handwork, and gently hand wash cotton and linen in cold water. Always turn embroidered pieces inside out and dry them in shade.
